Abrasive recovery Raclomatic system
The abrasive recovery is carried out by a high-strength Raclomatic system that can be installed without civil engineering.
Raclomatic allows partial recovery of the abrasive by 1 or 2 longitudinal corridors or total by 3 corridors depending on the width of the cabin.
Possibility of installing a railway track or concrete runways.
The return of the abrasive to the hopper at the foot of the bucket elevator is carried out via a transverse corridor.
All partial solutions can evolve into full recovery.
Gratings
Super-heavy models, capacity 5 tonnes/wheel (sect. 200 x 200 mm)
or pedestrian gratings made from stamped sheet metal
GRESAS design for:
-
Prevent direct projection of the abrasive onto RACLOMATIC equipment.
-
Do not allow objects or small items placed on the floor to pass through.
-
Significantly reduce wear on RACLOMATIC.
-
Allow forklifts to circulate and heavy parts to be placed directly on the gratings.
Raclomatic System
Standard widths in mm
1000 - 1200 - 1350 (special railway) - 1600 - 1800 - 2000
Works by a back and forth movement of the frames where the squeegees are fixed.
Movement control by geared motor placed outside the shot blasting enclosure.
Heavy-duty steel scrapers with rear stop along the entire length, making the blades non-deformable even when a large amount of abrasive is used.
Very weak foundations within the height of the railway tracks.
Very quiet operation.
Very low maintenance. Contact parts made of wear-resistant steel.
Roller bearings with sealed seals. No contact between the abrasive and the bearings.
Partial or total abrasive recovery system
Examples of different abrasive recovery solutions.
Partial by 1 or 2 longitudinal corridors
Total by 3 (or more) corridors depending on the cabin width
Possibility of concrete traffic corridors and railway tracks.
All partial recovery solutions can evolve into full recovery
Return of the abrasive
The return of the abrasive to the hopper at the foot of the bucket elevator is carried out via a transverse corridor.
